Agave attenuata ‘Ray of Light’

Common Name: Foxtail Agave

Origin:

Height: Up to 3’

Light: Full sun to partial

Water: Only water if the soil is completely dry, and even then you can wait a day or two.

Bloom: A tall foxtail-like spike, reaching up to 10′. This plant blooms once it reached maturity after many years, then starts to deteriorate. The pups continue to grow after the older plant has died.

Comments: Wide green pliable leaves with a clean white variegation along the leaf margin emerge from a tight central spear and arch gracefully back.
