Comments: An incredible philodendron, ‘McDowell’ is a cross between P. gloriosum and P. ecuadoriana. It is a trailing variety with prominent white veins on dark green leaves. The flowers, while infrequent, have a striking red and white spathe, nearly 10″ long. Use this plant in the shaded landscape. It also makes an excellent moss basket specimen.
